CHEN Xian, Executive Dean of Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, full Professor, Doctoral Supervisor of Department of Economy. He achieved his Ph. D in Economics from Department of National Economy and Management, Renmin University in 1994. From 1999 to 2007, he was professor of College of International Business and Management, Shanghai University. From 2001, he was Doctoral Supervisor of Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences. In 1996 and 2000, he stayed in The Chinese University of Hong Kong for short term research cooperation. In 2002, he won “The government special allowance of the state council”. He is Executive Director of Shanghai Social Sciences Association, Vice-chairman of Chinese Industrial Economic Association，Executive Director of Chinese Society of World Economy.
