Sarah is a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Women, Work and Leadership Research Group at The University of Sydney Business School. She completed my PhD in sociology at the University of Virginia in 2019.
Her research uses mixed methods to understand how people navigate the ambiguous - and often contradictory - landscape of work. Her current projects focus on topics such as overwork, workplace trust and work transformation, with particular attention given to processes of meaning-making and stratification.
