Sami is a foresight professional, technologist, humanist and pragmatist. His current key research interest is skill degradation resulting from over-reliance on automation.
He is currently a Research Fellow at the Institute for the Future, Senior Industry Fellow at RMIT FORWARD and the founder of Transition Level that explores lessons the aviation industry can teach other disciplines about operating increasingly automated, tightly coupled and complex systems.
