Sam is an Associate in the Corporate and International Business team at Pacific Legal Network, with a focus on cross-border M&A, corporate advisory and general commercial law matters. She was also BOSS Emerging Leaders’ MBA Scholarship recipient in 2016.
Having kick-started her legal career in Beijing at a top-tier international law firm, Sam is interested in the legal, regulatory and corporate governance issues affecting Chinese outbound investment transactions. Mandarin language skills and extensive in-country experience have developed her understanding of the opportunities and challenges of doing business with China.
Sam’s experience includes involvement in a wide-range of private and public M&A transactions including joint ventures, private acquisitions, schemes and takeovers.
