Educated as a high school teacher, with PhD in motivation and award-winning professional experience in management, communication, and Higher Ed, I am passionate about helping learners to discover and empower the best of their authentic selves, build their self-efficacy and readiness to thrive in the future work/employability, and encourage these current & future leaders to nurture mutual cross-cultural respect and practice win-win-win communication in leadership for good.
