Kishore Mahbubani was the founding Dean of Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. He is a former diplomat and was the first Singapore Ambassador to serve on the UN Security Council and was its president in January 2001 and May 2002. He is also author of Has China Won?: The Chinese Challenge to American Primacy.
