Dr Jane Williams is a postdoctoral scholar at Sydney Health Ethics, specialising in public health ethics and policy.
Her current research is in infectious disease emergency ethics, particularly on quarantine, vaccine allocation, and research ethics. Her previous work has included: cancer screening and screening disinvestment; access to medicines; and women’s health decision making.
Most of her work is empirical bioethics. She uses various qualitative methods to ground and contextualise normative analysis.
