Deanna is the Director of the Net Zero Initiative and Professor of Chemistry at the University of Sydney. Her research interests spans the areas of inorganic chemistry, physical chemistry and materials science. She was an Australian Research Council Future Fellow, 2018 - 2022 and previously an Australian Research Council QEII Fellow, 2010 - 2016.
